Especially useful for contractors, who can offer their clients different alternatives for their apartments’ atmospheres while keeping the budget controlled.
Hence, avoiding expensive changes due to clients tailoring their homes.
This service ensures everyone involved in the project is aligned before the detailed planning begins. Our concept design defines the core vision, atmosphere and aesthetic direction for a space. We take abstract ideas & visions and turn them into a concrete idea of the space.
Based on the concept design, a preliminary quote can be asked from a contractor, i.e. you get a better understanding of the investment required for the project.
Key components that we typically include in the concept design are:
Concept statement: summary of project’s goals and desired mood
Mood boards: reference pictures that convey the desired vibe of the space
Preliminary space planning: ensures the functionality of a space. We produce rough sketches that show zoning and the potential placement of key furniture
Color palette: preliminary color selection
Materials & textures: preliminary definition of the materials to be used (e.g. wall finishes, flooring)
Lighting: gives a general idea of lighting style
3. Consultation

We also offer consultations starting from 3 hours during which we focus on the problem at hand, e.g. overall new ideas for a specific space, new layout with current furniture, color design or hanging of art.
4. Furniture design
One piece can certainly transform a space. We design one-of-a-kind pieces designed specifically to fit a specific space, functional need and aesthetic vision.
